Raekwon, Action Bronson & Just Blaze Among Those Featured In Polo Ralph Lauren Book

Raekwon, Action Bronson and Just Blaze are among some of those from the Hip Hop community featured in an upcoming book that documents the subculture of Polo Ralph Lauren.

The 264-page book, titled Bury Me With the Lo On and created by Lo Life founder/rapper Thirstin Howl the 3rd and New York-based photographer Tom Gould, looks at the Brooklyn-based Lo Life crew and its influence on the worlds of Rap and fashion.

“For the past five years Lo Life founder Thirstin Howl the 3rd and photographer Tom Gould have been documenting this culture,” the book’s website reads. “Interviews, archival pictures, and recent portraits of key players make up the first-ever book recounting how a group of kids in Brooklyn went on to influence mainstream rap stars and birth a movement of boosters and collectors of Polo worldwide.”

The book, which is priced at $65, is set for release on July 7 and can be purchased here.

Wu-Tang Clan Affiliate Popa Wu Confronted Action Bronson About His Ghostface Killah Comments

The animosity between Ghostface Killah and Action Bronson hit a fever pitch last month, after Bronson made some disparaging comments towards the legendary rapper on ESPN. Things seemingly cooled off after Bronson apologized, even though Ghostface didn't accept it. It doesn't look like the rest of the Wu-Tang Clan accepted the apology either, as affiliate Popa Wu put up a post on Instagram of himself and Bronson. Wu is a longtime associate of the group, and can be heard giving teachings "All That I Got Is You" as well as his own compilation albums.

From the looks of the picture above, Wu is either lecturing Bronson, or saying some very, very mean things about him. Bronson's face tells the tale of the exact mood of the conversation, but let's hope a stern talk was all that happened, and that there won't be any more "Chestties" dispersed.

**UPDATE PART 1 & 2** Bronson Apologizes

Earlier this month Bronson appeared on ESPN's SportsNation and appeared to take a shot at the Wu Tang Clan legend.

“I think it’s indifferent at this point. People compare Coke and Pepsi. People compare everything. No matter what, you’re going to get a comparison to something. I’m just glad it’s one of the greats," Bronson said initially, before starting to big himself up. "He’s not rapping like this no more.”

Uh, oh!
Ghostface responded Monday, July 20, by posting a YouTube video, where he blacks out on Action. (Check out the video POSTED YESTERDAY here on WuDisciples )

Action apparently saw the video and responded with an apology via Twitter.

**UPDATE 2**

Tensions were high yesterday between Ghostface Killah and Action Bronson after GFK released a fiery video where he dissed and threatened Bam Bam for throwing shots at him earlier in the month. Once the video hit the net, Bronson took to Twitter to publicly apologize to Ghostface for what he said, and admitted that he was wrong in the situation.

Well, Ghostface isn't having anything to do with that apology, and he's making sure people know it, as he flat out told Revolt last night that he wasn't accepting the apology from Bronson. So, while Bronson probably just wants this situation to go away, it appears that Ghostface is letting it play out as long as he can. Check out the short video HERE [via REVOLT].

Ghostface Killah To Action Bronson: "You Have To Learn To Watch What You Say"

Action Bronson has often been compared to Ghostface Killah throughout his career, and while GFK has previously said that even he has confused the two, they've always shown a mutual respect for each other. Now, after Bronson took a few slight shots at Ghostface during an ESPN appearance earlier this month, it appears that Ghostface is fed up with the situation, and has released a wild video calling out Bronson.

In the video, which you can watch above, Ghostface directly goes at Bam Bam, while calling him out for sounding like him and saying that he has to learn to watch what he says about people. Ghostface then threatened Action, while saying that he has people who will commit acts of violence all around the country—and for free, too. "I know the tour schedule, I know the tour schedule, breh. Just keep my name out your fucking mouth," Ghostface said. "This fat, funky ass n***a is a fraud. I called this n***a, right. The day I heard that shit, and I checked his ass," Ghostface continued. This situation is probably going to get worse before it gets better, so stay tuned.

Even Ghostface Killah Has Confused Action Bronson For Himself

Throughout his career, Action Bronson's voice has been to compared to Ghostface Killah's, but it apparently wasn't just fans making this mistake. In a recent interview with VladTV, Ghostface openly admitted that when Action first hit the scene, even he got their voices confused on a song and wondered when he recorded a verse that was actually Bam Bam.
