As early as 2011, Grotesk and Wu-Tang Clan fans have been fiending for the Raekwon "Snow Beach" figurine that was a part of Klughaus Gallery's "Home for the Holidays" exhibition.
On May 23, a limited run of 20 figures and 3 AP figures will go on sale via Case Studyo’s online store. Each sculpture comes with a hand-drawn and signed certificate and a "wooden 'Ralf
Grotesk' sarcophagus to protect it from dust, snow, the beach, and
whatever corrosive elements lurk in New York City and beyond."
With only 23 figures available, you won't want to sleep on
this. We don't know what time the figures drop on Friday, but we plan to
campout on the website, and you should too.
